ESSENTIAL MOMMI DURING A PANDEMIC:

Right now, we are currently dealing with Covid-19. My world can all turn upside down if I am exposed to a positive COVID patient. What would that mean for you as a mommi? I’m sure those were not the words verbatim but, that’s what I heard ringing in my head like a fire alarm. My heart dropped, my anxiety immediately rose, and I could literally feel my world spinning.

I must confess, I had no idea how to handle it, so putting up a wall of strength is all I knew to do. It wasn’t until I’d lay in bed at night, trying to sleep that I’d realize the trauma I was experiencing.
