You will need:
• 4 strawberries
• A handful of blueberries
• 2 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt
• 1 cup of Milk of Choice
• Flax seeds or Chia seeds (or both)
Your choice of oatmeal can be added
Get a mason jar or a glass cup for as your container.
For the first layer: Add 1 cup of oatmeal, then add 2 strawberries, then 1 tablespoon of unsweetened yogurt, add your blueberries, then flax seeds.
Then repeat it again so that it forms another layer, making a total of two layers with the ingredients, add 1 cup of milk of choice.
Put overnight in the fridge and consume this yumminess COLD with 2 days for maximum freshness.
