Hey Mommies! Hopefully your fit mommi journey has been rewarding so far! If not, just pick back up tomorrow and give it your best! The main setback is always the food right, so I wanted to bring another healthy and YUMMY meal to help you stay on track! This chicken Alfredo pizza was easy to make and can also be prepped ahead of time if you needed a new meal prep idea for the week! It’s made with fresh ingredients and the homemade white garlic sauce is sooooo good! Happy eating!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts or Tenderloins
  • Pizza dough
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 of a red onion
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Fresh Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Follow pizza dough instructions on pack for dough preparation.

Preparing Chicken

  1. Chop up all veggies and set aside.
  2. In a pan, add olive oil
  3. Generously season chicken breasts.
  4. Once oil is hot, sear chicken on each side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside to cool about 5 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, cut chicken into strips.

Preparing Sauce

  1. In a small pot melt butter.
  2. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Whisk in flour until well blended.
  4. Slowly whisk in heavy cream.
  5. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese
  8. Season to taste.

Preparing Pizza

  1. Spread sauce evenly on dough.
  2. Add mozzarella cheese
  3. Add remaining toppings (chicken, veggies and fresh Parmesan)
  4. Bake according to pizza dough package or until crust is golden brown.
  5. Enjoy!
