Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pizza

A quick and easy pizza recipe! This pizza is topped with a creamy, homemade Jerk alfredo sauce topped with marinated jerk chicken, red onions, spinach, tomatoes and fresh parmesan cheese! I cant even begin to explain how good this pizza is! Lean cuisine who?? This errs on the healthier side and is packed with flavor! Sounds like a win/win to me!

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pizza Recipe


  • 2-4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Pizza dough/crust
  • Olive Oil

Jerk Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 1/2 Cups heavy cream/milk room temp
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • Leftover Jerk Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese


  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk seasoning



  1. Dice tomatoes and onions and set aside.
  2. Season Chicken with chicken bouillon powder and paprika.
  3. Add all marinade ingredients to ziplock bag
  4. Add chicken to ziplock bag, shake well to cover
  5. Place bag in refrigerator and marinate 30 minutes-overnight
  6. In a small pan, drizzle a little olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted then set aside

Preparing Chicken

  1. Preheat oil in a pan on medium high heat
  2. Add chicken breast and sear until browned on both sides
  3. Reduce heat to low and pour remaining marinade from ziplock bag into pan.
  4. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
  5. Remove chicken and let it cool while you prepare sauce.
  6. Once cooled cut chicken into bite size pieces

Preparing Cream Sauce

  1. Remove chicken from pan
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low
  3. Whisk in 2 tablespoons flour until well blended
  4. Slowly whisk in heavy cream
  5. Bring to a low boil
  6. Remove pan from heat and add in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  7. Taste sauce for any adjustments

Preparing Pizza

  1. Add sauce on top of dough
  2. Add Mozzarella
  3. Follow with remaining ingredients (chicken and veggies)
  4. Then top with remaining parmesan cheese
  5. If using pre-made dough just follow baking instructions.
  6. Enjoy!
