Meet Your Chapter Leader

Rashetta is a licensed therapist and Communications Director in public health but her 24/7 job is a wife and mom to two little ones. A certified #girlmom, she spends a majority of her days keeping them busy and finding joy in the moments in between. A native east coaster, Rashetta was born and raised in Connecticut before moving to Atlanta in high school and making the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area her home after college. Rashetta and her family relocated to Southern California at the end of 2021.

Rashetta is passionate about women’s health and wellness in general, which lends itself to many spare time activities including a motherhood blog, teaching Zumba classes, and being a change agent for fibroid awareness. She loves connecting with other women; especially moms, and is ecstatic to lead the local chapter outreach efforts for MommiNation.
