We know, depending on how the little ones were overnight, mornings can be rough and that may seem like an understatement!

Shoot, sometimes mornings are the only time you might get a little sleep, but mornings set the tone for your entire day so we want to give you some useful tips on how you can ensure your day is off to a great start!

GRAB TEN MINUTES FOR YOURSELF

Before you throw yourself into Mommi duty, give yourself at least ten minutes to gather your thoughts and set your intentions for the day and for your family. This will probably mean that you’ll need to be up before your little one but it will be worth it. There’s nothing worse than letting the day get away from you, so get up early and prepare to make it a great day!

 

AFFIRM YOURSELF

Positive affirmation is vital!

Whether it’s putting up sticky notes to remind yourself just how badass you are or repeating positive phrases to in your head, never forget that you are what you think you are, so start each day by telling yourself kind things! Speak health, prosperity and love over yourself and your family. It changes everything!

SET A PLAN FOR THE WEEK

Mondays can seem so overwhelming because there are so many things that you want to accomplish. Your brain is often scattered with all of the tasks that need attention. Make a list of your priorities for the week. The power of weekly planning lies in the control it provides for your life. Planning sets a blueprint to navigate you through the chaos instead of drifting along and hoping for the best. At the end of the week, when all of the items on your to-do list are checked off, you feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that nothing was forgotten.

There’s no better way to leave Monday blues in the dust and kick Motivational Mondays into high gear. A good Monday morning workout will shift your mindset. There are several benefits to morning workouts including lowering your stress level, curving your appetite throughout the day, and putting you in a better mood. And who doesn’t need that for a Monday?
